As the current Captain of both Manchester City FC and the England National team, Stephanie Houghton has enjoyed alot of success in her career. 

The daughter of a Semi – Professional footballer from Durham (UK) , she recalls always having a ball at her feet. Scouted at the age of 9, she instantly was made to train with the under 16’s because of her ability.

Her first England call up came at the age of 17 and to this day she states that her greatest honour is wearing that shirt. She led the National team in reaching the SemiFinal of the FIFA Womens World Cup, and has played a large role in raising the profile of the women’s game.

Stephanie has recently been appointed as UEFA Development Ambassador.
