We are the first studio among the 8% of women-led organisations to have our work commissioned by a broadcaster and we hope to continue leading the way, creating a pulsating network on our journey that facilitates mentoring, knowledge and development.

Rosemary Reed
Rosemary Reed is the founder of POW TV, as well as a critically-acclaimed, award-winning director and producer. Covering a wide range of genres, with an interest in female focused tales, she has a passion for telling truthful and raw life stories, leading the way for many exciting, powerful new shows on the horizon. Her work invites women to discover a world where they are first, and she significantly believes in challenging the status quo and changing the way women think about themselves. Her determination and strong faith drives her to make a difference for women’s rights, as well as planetary issues. She believes her sole purpose is to positively support, represent, celebrate and encourage all women.
Recognising the lack of female directors employed in the global film industry, Rosemary is one of the few women leading the way to fix this issue. Her commitments lie with motivating women to see that their dreams and aspirations can become a reality.
In the Female Lead’s newest book “The Female Lead: Women Who Shape Our World”’, her dedication to championing women has been recognised, alongside the showcasing of the achievements of numerous other resilient women who continue to break ground and inspire the next generation.
Rosemary’s wide range of productions include a long list of over 100 legendary shows, two of which include the highly successful and much-admired SKY TV series "Living the Life", and the "The Power of Women." As well as evolving POW TV’s on the global stage in recent years, the much anticipated second series of "Driving Force" is currently in production, bringing to light the raw and real stories followed by the UK’s biggest female sports stars.
