The Driving Force team are hitting the road on a career driven UK tour of schools & youth centres to hold workshops set out to showcase the very best in sporting talent on & off the pitch & open the door to career opportunities available to young people in the sports industry. 

By harnessing the power of sporting role models, our team of ambassadors  - Olympians, Paralympians & professionals behind the scenes to get them where they are - the Driving Force team have put together a program to reframe sports for women by inspiring the next generation.

Each event is tailored to the sports personality attending on the day & hosted by Di Stewart & Judy Murray. We will hear the athlete talk about their sporting journey & their road to success & often how they got to where they are with the support of the vast & varied team of skilled professionals within their sport. We will hear from the professionals within the inner sanctum about the work they do & how they came into the role to inspire the audience & present some options for their future; whether this is the Lioness Coach or Sports Psychologist.

This is a fun & educational experience designed to demonstrate that there are so many jobs available within the industry that many young people may not realise. 

To compliment each sport, there will be interactive games & practical skill applications to keep the pupils engaged; such as a tire changing challenge, simulated horse races, lights-out reflex testing, ball target practice, sparring in the ring & general fitness challenges. 

The tour runs in partnership with a number of world leading brands & organisations to offer work experience, work placements & internships to the pupils. They can collect applications following the session with an average of 2 placements available per company.
